To complete hydrokinesis, it's a whole lot better to start off simple. Get a cup or a bowl or whatever you prefer and are able to see clearly, and fill it with water. Wait for the water to negotiate as you meditate for a few minutes, or until you can target clearly. Now, without the real intention, just project your energy in to the water. Target, and it may learn to vibrate a little bit. Hardly noticeable by the individual eye. It should vibrate more visibly if you have more experience in this field. In the event that all else fails, target energy into your ring finger, and touch the drinking water barely, as not to make it vibrate credited to the force of your finger. Your hands and body are water with a hard smooth surface and rough interior going throughout you body constantly as if it is actually keeps you alive which every breath of air is adding water to flow in your body. It is replenishing the great water and clearing bad water or blockages that stop the flow. Do that for 15 minutes or more everyday and you will master this skill. Before you know it, it will seem to be like water is flowing of our own body constantly without having to even think of it. Teaching #4 This is a technique how to link your conciousness and breath of air to the water to be able to manipulate it. Place the hands in a pool of water (just your fingers, don't put your whole hand in) then take deep breaths so that as you exhale use your intention and mental pound-force per square inch (psi) energy to link your breath with the drinking water to be one with it. Try to feel the water within yourself as you do this make an effort to extend your awareness. Previous your hand and feel the flow of the water as evidently as you would your own heartbeat. If this method is completed appropriately you should obviously see ripples form in the water. TAKE NOTE: this is definitely a difficult approach to master and might take several weeks if not months to learn so commitment is needed.
